ABOUT US

Colyer and king was founded from a long awaited conception, after working in the jewellery trade for 25 years mainly in the mêlèe of Londons Hatton Garden trade work working on engagement rings and every day jewellery. Wanting to be more creative and move away from monotonous everyday jewellery and work with more interesting colourful and fashionable stones. I set out to design and produce a small collection of evening and cocktail wear for that special event.

Each item is individually made starting with searching for the right stones from all corners of the globe then designing the right piece for that particular stone so therefore being a more piece unique and a one-off item of jewellery. All pieces are made and hand set using traditional techniques fused with modern methods such as optical microscope setting and laser machines all items are of a very high quality all diamonds are of a high colour and quality.

All pieces I make take several months to complete some times being designed and re-designed, or even made and re-made to ensure they finish up looking just the way I envisaged from the early stages.
